Hosting Terms & Conditions

Madhub Group Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides website hosting services as a passive service provider only. By using our hosting services or paying an invoice for hosting, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. Hosting Only – No Maintenance Provided
We provide basic hosting infrastructure to store and serve your website files. We do not manage, monitor, or maintain the website itself. This includes but is not limited to:
- No software or plugin updates
- No backups
- No code changes
- No vulnerability patching
- No performance tuning
- No monitoring of uptime or outages
2. Client Responsibility
As the website owner, you are fully responsible for:
- Installing and updating any content management systems (e.g., WordPress, OpenCart)
- Applying patches, security updates, and software fixes
- Performing regular backups
- Monitoring for suspicious activity or downtime
- Securing administrator passwords, credentials, and access keys
3. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Madhub Group Inc. is not liable for any of the following:
- Cybersecurity breaches, hacking incidents, ransomware, or unauthorized access
- Loss of data, including database corruption or deletion
- Website downtime, performance issues, or service outages
- SEO impacts, reputation damage, or financial loss caused by compromised sites
- Client-side misconfigurations, code errors, or vulnerabilities
We are not responsible for restoring lost content, correcting broken websites, or investigating cyberattacks.
4. No Monitoring or Alerts
We do not provide system monitoring, intrusion detection, logging, or alerting services. If you require these services, they must be arranged separately through a managed hosting or security provider.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our hosting may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not control their security, performance, or availability. You agree that any issues arising from third-party infrastructure are outside of our responsibility.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madhub Group Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or legal action resulting from:
- A breach of your website
- Your failure to maintain your website or secure its access
- Any content, code, or software hosted through our services
7. No Warranty
Hosting services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, uptime, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services at any time, with or without cause, and with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Reminder
If you require technical maintenance, updates, or cybersecurity support, we recommend a separate service contract or a managed hosting provider.
